1. GENERAL TERMS1.1 These terms and conditions of street rabbit (hereinafter referred to as the Seller or Street Rabbit online store) apply to all persons (hereinafter the Buyer, the Consumer, or the Client) who use the online store available at www.streetrabbit.ee, place orders through it, and conclude a sales contract for the purchase of goods (hereinafter the Sales Agreement).
1.2 By accepting these terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with them. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and the Sales Agreement, the Sales Agreement shall take precedence.
1.3 The Seller retains the conditions of the Sales Agreement concluded with the Buyer on a durable medium. The Seller will send the order confirmation and the terms of the Sales Agreement to the Buyer’s provided email address, which the Buyer may save and reproduce if necessary.
2. PRICES2.1 All prices displayed in the StreetRabbit online store include a 24% value-added tax (VAT).
3. ORDERING PROCESS3.1 To make a purchase, select the desired product and click “Add to Cart” on the product page. You can then continue shopping by clicking “Continue Shopping” or proceed to checkout.
3.2 In the shopping cart, you can adjust quantities or remove items.
3.3 Once you have selected your desired products and verified that sizes, quantities, and other details are correct, proceed to fill in your Billing and Shipping Information.
3.4 Please ensure all entered information is accurate, as the delivery of your order depends on the correctness of these details.
3.5 After entering your billing and shipping details, choose your preferred payment method. Payments in the StreetRabbit online store can be made securely using the following methods:
Estonian customers: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, Citadele, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay and google pay
3.6 Payments via bank link and credit card are processed securely through paypal, outside the StreetRabbit online store. Therefore, the store does not have access to your bank or card details. Apple Pay and google pay transactions are processed within their respective environments.
3.7 After completing your payment, please click “Return to Merchant” to be redirected back to streetrabbit.ee, where you’ll see the order confirmation.
3.8 Once your payment has been successfully received, an order confirmation and shipping details will be sent to your provided email address.
3.9 Orders are processed and shipped only after full prepayment (100%).
4. DELIVERY TERMS4.1 All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours.
Pre-ordered items are shipped within 20-45 business days after the order is placed.
4.2 Orders are delivered to the address specified during checkout. If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible via instagram: @streetrabbit
4.3 Domestic (Estonian) delivery time is typically 1–3 business days. These times are estimates and may vary depending on our logistics partners.
4.4 Domestic parcels are delivered via dpd, Omniva and Smartpost.
5. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION5.1 All personal data obtained during visits to or purchases from the StreetRabbit online store are treated as confidential. We collect and use only the information necessary to fulfill orders and maintain customer relationships. StreetRabbit does not disclose customer data to third parties, except when required for order fulfillment or by law.
5.2 Upon request, a customer has the right to have their personal data deleted from our database.
5.3 Payments via bank links are protected by SSL encryption, ensuring that exchanged information cannot be intercepted or altered by third parties.
5.4 When paying by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure, certified payment processing system (such as SSL, MasterCard SecureCode, or Verified by Visa). Your card details are fully protected and never accessible to StreetRabbit.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL6.1 Under §56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the goods have been received by the consumer.
6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period ends.

Please keep a copy of the message as proof of withdrawal.
6.4 The returned goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is submitted.
6.5 You may inspect the product only as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning — similar to how you would in a physical store. Therefore, returned items must be unused, with tags attached, clean, and in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
6.6 If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its characteristics, the consumer remains liable for the decrease in value resulting from such use.
6.7 The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
6.8 Refunds will be issued promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise. No additional fees apply.
StreetRabbit reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return has been provided.

7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION7.1 According to §218(2) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the Seller is liable for any non-conformity of goods that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery to the Buyer. It is presumed that any defect appearing within the first 6 months existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
7.2 Consumers may file complaints regarding defective goods within 2 years of delivery. Complaints must be submitted immediately after discovering the defect, but no later than 2 months thereafter.
7.3 If a product is defective, the Buyer may request repair or replacement, provided it is possible and reasonable. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund.
7.4 During the first 6 months after delivery, the Seller covers all costs related to complaint processing, repair, or replacement. During the following 1.5 years, these costs are covered only if the complaint is justified.
7.5 StreetRabbit is not responsible for defects caused by the Buyer’s negligence, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

7.8 All complaints will be responded to as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt.
